The construction system of SKY PARK is a combined reinforced concrete column-wall system. The perimeter cladding consists of reinforced concrete monolithic load-bearing walls with pre-set facade design cladding and a high-efficiency thermal insulator. There are 4 passenger lifts with a minimum capacity of 13 persons. Window structures are of aluminum profiles with an interrupted thermal bridge. Window panels are glazed with triple glazing. Heating is provided through a central supplier of panel heaters. The living rooms are cooled via a central cooling source by means of circulation units.
