The VILLA RUSTICA – TERASY project grows up in a new city district ZÁHRADNÉ MESTO, which is full of good neighbours and families with children. The new residential area on Martin Granc street is located in Dúbravka, a favorite Bratislava with great availability of transportation.
VILLA RUSTICA – TERASY is located in close proximity with pine tree forest – an offshoot of Devínska Kobyla. Thanks to being located on moderate elevation above Záhorská lowland, the project was given a nice overview of Devínska Kobyla, Malé Karpaty and Záhorská lowland.
